Credit Card Security

All credit and debit card transactions take place on a secure server, your credit or debit card details are encrypted when you place an order.

For us to process your order we will need to know your name, email address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date in addition to your 3-digit security code and where relevant the issue number.

Please make sure your contact details are correct, email address and land line telephone number.

Your details are confidential and will never be passed on to third parties under any circumstances without your consent.

Returns Policy

We at www.karmababes.com comply with the distance selling regulations.

This means that we must give you clear information about the goods or services offered to you.

After making your purchase you will be sent confirmation of your order.

When you receive your goods you have a 7 working day cooling-off period during which you may change your mind, return your order and receive a full refund.

Please note that goods returned must be in the same condition as when dispatched to you i.e in a re-saleable condition, unused and in the original packaging.

If these terms are not met, no refund will be given.

The cost of return postage is the responsibility of you the customer.

www.karmababes.com will accept returns up to 14 days from the date of delivery.
